01 / Your control
No optional category is preselected
On a first visit, Google consent signals default to denied before any Google configuration command runs. Accept all enables both optional categories. Reject optional keeps both denied. Customize lets you choose Analytics and Advertising separately.
The choice is stored in your browser with consent policy version 1.1. Use Cookie settings in the footer to revise it. Necessary storage cannot be switched off through this panel because it records the privacy choice and supports site security.
02 / Categories
What each category does
03 / Google consent mode
How denied and granted signals are applied
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2. When optional consent is denied, optional analytics or advertising cookies are not granted. Google tags may still receive limited cookieless consent-state or measurement signals under advanced consent mode. When consent is granted, the relevant Google services may use storage according to that choice.
Google controls its own processing and retention under its terms and privacy information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
04 / Enquiry measurement
Minimal, consent-based enquiry measurement
After the server accepts a genuine enquiry, the site can report the fixed form name, a controlled service category and the contact method. These lead-event fields do not contain the visitor's name, email, phone, company, budget, show name or project text.
If Advertising consent is granted at that time, the accepted enquiry's normalized work email is converted to a one-way SHA-256 hash and supplied only to the Google Ads conversion for matching. The project summary and other free-text contents are not supplied. Without Advertising consent, no email hash is supplied; the conversion may still send a restricted consent-mode measurement ping.
05 / Browser controls
Deleting existing browser data
You can also delete site data or block cookies using your browser settings. Browser-level blocking may affect website or measurement behavior. Changing the site preference updates future consent signals; browser controls can be used to remove storage already held locally.
06 / EEA, UK and Switzerland
Certified CMP assessment for wider advertising
If Zeno expands advertising or publisher activity materially into the EEA, UK or Switzerland, it should assess and deploy an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform for the relevant Google products and campaign model. The current controls provide Consent Mode v2 choices but are not represented as a third-party CMP certification.
