Personal Information Collection Statement

Zeno Exhibition Hong Kong collects the information you submit in the project enquiry form so that we can review the request, contact you, discuss requirements, prepare an appropriate scope or proposal and administer any resulting business relationship.

The form may collect your name, work email, company, optional phone or WhatsApp number, selected service, show or event details, venue, dates, estimated budget and project summary. Required fields are marked. You provide the information voluntarily, but we cannot process the online enquiry without the required fields and contact consent.

Personal data may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to authorised Zeno personnel and contracted service providers supporting email delivery, website hosting, security and business operations; professional advisers; or regulators and authorities where required by law. Providers may process data outside Hong Kong or your home country subject to their safeguards and our service arrangements.

02 / Use and retention

Purpose-limited handling

Enquiry data is used for the requested project conversation, related quotations, service delivery, fraud prevention, record keeping and legal or operational requirements. The enquiry checkbox does not enrol you in unrelated direct marketing.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, an active or prospective business relationship, dispute handling and applicable legal, accounting or security requirements. Data is then deleted, anonymised or securely archived according to the systems in which it is held.

03 / Website and measurement

Technical data and optional Google services

Hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages to operate and protect the website. Optional Analytics and Advertising storage starts only according to the choice made in the cookie controls.

If you allow Advertising cookies and submit an enquiry successfully, we may send Google Ads a one-way SHA-256 hash of your work email address, together with conversion and technical information, to measure and attribute advertising conversions. Google may match this hash with signed-in Google Account data. We do not send your project summary or other free-text enquiry contents to Google for this purpose. You may refuse or withdraw Advertising consent through Cookie settings.

04 / Protection

Security and service providers

We use access controls, validation, abuse controls and reputable infrastructure and email providers to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

You may request access to or correction of personal data held about you. Send the request to the Data Protection Contact at hongkong@zenoexhibition.com. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

06 / Changes

Notice updates

We may revise this notice when our website or data practices change. The effective date and policy version identify the notice currently in force. A material consent-policy change will cause the website to ask for a fresh cookie choice.
