Hong Kong B2B trade-fair guide / Electronics & technology sourcing
The spring edition of Hong Kong's electronics sourcing fair brings product suppliers and trade buyers together at HKCEC. It has separate dates and exhibitor arrangements from the autumn edition.
Exhibitor planning angle
Start with a working demonstration schedule and the products actually being launched. Coordinate stand graphics, technical infrastructure and commercial information around those products.
This independent guide is for exhibition planning. Zeno is not the event organiser and does not sell admission or exhibition space.
What to resolve early
Identify which products need a live demonstration and which can be explained with samples.
Schedule power, charging, screens and network needs before technical submission.
Give new releases a clear visual hierarchy and enough space for hands-on review.
Check the spring exhibitor manual and service deadlines rather than reusing autumn arrangements.
From allocation to handover
Collect the latest exhibitor manual, floor plan, stand number, submission dates, service forms and move-in programme from the organiser.
Agree the audience, products, desired visitor action, demonstrations, meeting needs, storage, budget range and internal approval path.
Develop the approved booth direction against the allocated footprint and coordinate the information included in the agreed submission and production scope.
Build the contracted scope, coordinate installation within the confirmed programme and complete the agreed checks before the exhibitor team takes over.
Exhibiting at HKCEC?
Send the official manual, floor plan, stand number, budget range and internal approval date. Zeno can then scope the booth work against the actual event conditions.
