Hong Kong B2B trade-fair guide / Trading technology & financial services
A business exhibition for trading platforms, fintech providers, payments and related services. Exhibition-floor dates are 8–9 October; the organiser's wider 7–9 October programme includes a welcome event on 7 October.
Exhibitor planning angle
Build the booth around a clear product demonstration and qualified partner meetings. Use approved business messaging, controlled demo accounts and an offline presentation backup.
This independent guide is for exhibition planning. Zeno is not the event organiser and does not sell admission or exhibition space.
What to resolve early
Show a focused workflow using demonstration accounts and protect live customer information.
Plan seated discussions separately from quick introductions at the aisle.
Test interface text at realistic viewing distances and allow staff to guide each demonstration.
Use 8–9 October for exhibition staffing; confirm separate networking and move-in arrangements with the organiser.
From allocation to handover
Collect the latest exhibitor manual, floor plan, stand number, submission dates, service forms and move-in programme from the organiser.
Agree the audience, products, desired visitor action, demonstrations, meeting needs, storage, budget range and internal approval path.
Develop the approved booth direction against the allocated footprint and coordinate the information included in the agreed submission and production scope.
Build the contracted scope, coordinate installation within the confirmed programme and complete the agreed checks before the exhibitor team takes over.
