Hong Kong B2B trade-fair guide / Gifts, housewares & consumer-product sourcing
The first part of MEGA SHOW brings together Asian suppliers of gifts, housewares, toys and other consumer products for international trade sourcing.
Exhibitor planning angle
Plan specifically for Part 1: verify the contracted dates, stand location and product sectors before arranging delivery and staffing.
This independent guide is for exhibition planning. Zeno is not the event organiser and does not sell admission or exhibition space.
What to resolve early
Prioritise the ranges most relevant to target buyers and use clear category signage.
Balance display capacity with enough space for buyers to handle and compare products.
Keep packaging options, minimum-order information and export specifications easy to retrieve.
Confirm move-in, collection and service orders for this part of the show; do not assume a booth booking carries across both parts.
From allocation to handover
Collect the latest exhibitor manual, floor plan, stand number, submission dates, service forms and move-in programme from the organiser.
Agree the audience, products, desired visitor action, demonstrations, meeting needs, storage, budget range and internal approval path.
Develop the approved booth direction against the allocated footprint and coordinate the information included in the agreed submission and production scope.
Build the contracted scope, coordinate installation within the confirmed programme and complete the agreed checks before the exhibitor team takes over.
Exhibiting at HKCEC?
Send the official manual, floor plan, stand number, budget range and internal approval date. Zeno can then scope the booth work against the actual event conditions.
